We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and helping to increase sales through effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product lines, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide customers with product information and answer any questions they may have.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate records of customer purchases.
• Upsell products when appropriate.
• Process payments and returns.
• Provide service technicians with parts
• Have excellent organizations skills
